Mi, a XXI. század vadászai, akik az alávetettségből a szabadságba kívánunk eljutni, a Szarvasénekben egyfajta mitikus emlékezetet idézünk fel. Keressük a földi átváltozások, történetek égi mását, hogy végül mint szomjazók beléphessünk saját szent terünkbe. Ahhoz, hogy áthaladhassunk a jelképes hídon, el kell hagynunk a régit: a szülői házat, a kedvest, a népet, hogy megszelídítve annak tanúságait, újjá teremthessük a szokott sémákat, és újjászülessünk magunk is.

A bor dicsérete című előadás nem kívánja leltárként felsorolni borhoz, a szőlőhöz, a szürethez kapcsolódó a hagyományban megőrződött szokásokat. A szellemi teret Hamvas Béla és az általa megfogalmazott a „bor, mint szentség” gondolat inspirálja.
