2018-ban a Szegedi Szabadtérin mutatja be a fesztivál és a Zikkurat Ügynökség a nyolcszoros Oscar-díjas zeneszerző, Alan Menken darabját, aki többek közt a Szépség és a Szörnyeteget, az Aladint, A kis hableányt és A Notre Dame-i toronyőrt is jegyzi. A vérpezsdítő soul és disco-dallamokkal fűszerezett vígjáték méltó folytatása lesz a szintén világsikerű film alapján született és popslágerekkel hódító Mamma Mia!-nak, melyet négy éven át imádott a Dóm tér közönsége.
Magyarországon még sosem láthatta a közönség a 90-es évek ikonikus filmvígjátékából készült musicalsikert, a Westenden és Broadway-n már nézők millióit elcsábító Apáca Show-t.
