Születésnap ünneplésére készülnek, de a főszereplő nem az ünnepelt, hanem a televízió. Körülülik, nézik anélkül, hogy valójában látnák, értenék, éreznék mi is történik a világban. S ugyanígy nem értik egymást sem, mindegyikük hajtogatja a magáét, reménytelenül.
