In the classical American courtroom drama the jury – made up of 12 men – must bring in a unanimous verdict whether the defendant (a young man) is guilty in murdering his father. In the process of deliberating all aspects of the crime and the accused person, the jurors are forced to face morals and their own personal values.
Time and again, Budapest Bár delights the Müpa Budapest audience with their special performances and outstanding collaborators. On this occasion, the ensemble has been invited by Nők Lapja magazine to take the stage in the company of some very special guests. Róbert Farkas, the band’s leader and founder, originally aimed to breathe new life into the genre of Gypsy café music, thereby preserving and revitalizing old traditions.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English.
